Earth’s natural cycles bring us to profound understanding of who we are and how our lives can grow and evolve. The brilliance of our guiding orb brings flowers to bloom and plans to fruition. In Spiritual, Mystical and Metaphysical conversations, the Sun represents spiritual intelligence. Light is always a symbol of intelligence, and the sun represents the highest form of intelligence, spiritual intelligence. It’s symbolic of the light the Creator.
Summer Solstice and Solar Eclipse are both perfect times to resonate with the sun, and acknowledge the Sun’s physical, metaphysical and vibrational gifts. It’s time to let all things come into greater awareness in the light. You can bring more light and energy into your life when you sync up with the cycles of our world. Continue reading →
Spring is coming and new energies are already swirling! That’s always how I feel in spring.
Every season is an opportunity for transformation and that’s what’s going on right now. I can see the daffodil leaves popping up from their winter sleep. I can see the trees swelling, the irises poking through the dirt and the little greens winking at me from the ground.
My newest Cosmic Coffee Break podcast episode, Breathing Transformation, is a meditation and vibration filled with the possibilities and openings of transformation in your life.
You know we’re going through a huge shift in our world and we are called and urged to move even further into our own greatness and luminosity.
Would you like support along the way?
Listen to this podcast and just breathe. The Breathing Transformation meditation brings you to Conscious Transformation in a beautiful, gentle and powerful way. You don’t have to struggle to transform, you can breathe it. Continue reading →
It snowed on my lilacs! I woke up this morning to find snow. It’s spring. My lilacs are in full, fragrant bloom. AND there is snow all over them. Snow ruins the lilac flowers. Yep! Freezes them to a lovely purple mush. No rich uplifting fragrance that fills the air with wonder. No clusters of gorgeous purple beauty shining in the sun. It’s just limp, flopping, debilitated flowers frozen by the snow. There’s nothing I can do to revive them, make them bloom or perk them up.
I am always excited about spring.
Seeing the new blooms, the fresh leaves and the blossoms on the trees inspires me completely. And lilacs are one of my favorites. So, when I went out two days ago and snapped some pics of the blooms, (see photo below) I expected to go out today, when there were more, and strategically cut some for vases in my home. I imagined the fragrance and beauty filling my house with joy. Continue reading →
Living Inspired is Life Changing – It is like falling and being in love.
In one moment, your heart skips a beat and then races faster. Your attention is riveted and your curiosity is engaged. You feel a real sense of wonder, delight, intrigue and exhilaration that keeps you exploring, thinking and creating. Time slows down or speeds up. Whether your eyes are open or closed, whether you are highly focused or floating in the moment, you are smiling, feeling the joy and wonder of this minute as it extends and carries you.
Everything just falls into place, everything in your life aligns and you know it has led you to this moment in time. You want to expand, to laugh or dance or sit quietly and relish this experience. You feel alive and hyper-perceptive.
What is this rich and life-altering experience? It is inspiration.
Did you think I was describing falling in love? It does sound the same. Inspiration, true inspiration, has all of the emotions, qualities and vibrations within it that expand your life and your point of view. It is like falling and being in love. The difference is that the focus of your attention, the relatedness, the captivation and the light is not directed to another person. The brilliance that you experience, the love, the wonder and the joy is from the Divine and expands into the world. Continue reading →
Focus On The Changes You Make, Not On The Actions You Take.
We live in an action oriented world. Our sense of accomplishment and fulfillment is usually measured by our actions. What did you do? What did you accomplish? What were the results? Are those the results you want?
We are highly focused on what we are doing, so we can gauge our effectiveness and success. We want to see if the actions we take bring us the results we want. So, we look at the physical world. We look for results that we can see, name and touch. That becomes our main focus. It’s certainly important to pay attention to the physical world to avoid falling objects, crazy weather and wild animals on the loose. That’s good news. It’s also deceiving.
Oops! The action doesn’t generate the result. Action orientation, focus on the actions that generate the results, leads to a false assumption. It implies that your actions are the most important, number one cause for your success. The actions you take are not the deciding factor of whether you achieve your goals and dreams. That’s not how it really works. The action is part two of the equation for results and success. Continue reading →
