Stop In The Name Of Love

Have you ever said something you wish you could take back?

You said a little more than you should or said something by mistake and now it’s too late. And you kept on talking, kept on putting your foot in your mouth.

Maybe you hurt someone, inadvertently or even intentionally and you just wish you hadn’t! And for whatever reason, you had to continue to explain, even though you knew it wasn’t getting any better. The momentum of saying what you were feeling or thinking was stronger than your better judgment or your compassion at the time.

Don’t you wish you just caught yourself and stopped?

The Goddess Laughed!

The -Goddess-Laughed

I have BREAKING NEWS to share today, something I’ve never told you. So, today’s the day!

BREAKING NEWS! There is no Big Bang.

No Big Bang to start the known Universe. Didn’t happen that way! There never was a Big Bang. So how did it happen?

The Goddess laughed and the Universe was created!
The Universe is created
through the Laughter of the Goddess.

You know I work with the Goddess and channel her language, blessings and wisdom. I don’t usually bother correcting science, because it’s not my world. Scientists, physicists think about the world more mathematically. I think Cosmically. I do fully appreciate their scientific wisdom, knowing and perspective. I have clients who are physicists and doctors and we have fascinating conversations. For me, for my wisdom, it’s about flow, energy and qualities. Today, I was filled with the energy of creation and it was time to share.

There never was a Big Bang.

It snowed on my lilacs!

snow on my lilacs

It snowed on my lilacs!
I woke up this morning to find snow. It’s spring. My lilacs are in full, fragrant bloom. AND there is snow all over them. Snow ruins the lilac flowers. Yep! Freezes them to a lovely purple mush. No rich uplifting fragrance that fills the air with wonder. No clusters of gorgeous purple beauty shining in the sun. It’s just limp, flopping, debilitated flowers frozen by the snow. There’s nothing I can do to revive them, make them bloom or perk them up.

I am always excited about spring.
Seeing the new blooms, the fresh leaves and the blossoms on the trees inspires me completely. And lilacs are one of my favorites. So, when I went out two days ago and snapped some pics of the blooms, (see photo below) I expected to go out today, when there were more, and strategically cut some for vases in my home. I imagined the fragrance and beauty filling my house with joy. Continue reading

Find out what your animal spirit has to teach you today

Find out what your animal spirit has to teach you today

Watch this Video for Your Animal Spirit message:
It’s time to get out of the water and move into your greatness.

Sometimes, we just can’t get out of the water.
It’s time to go and you can’t make the break. You’re splashing around in the water and just can’t leave.

  • Maybe you are having fun and don’t want to move forward.
  • It could be you are really attached to the idea.
  • You may just be stuck in that experience and don’t want to change or leave that situation.

When that happens, no matter how much someone coaxes you, you still may not be able to make the shift, heal the pattern or create the change. Letting go of patterns can be really confusing. Unfortunately, your resistance, attachment and patterns can keep you just splashing around in your life.

This great video shows what can happen to all of us, when one part of us cannot let go, heal and move forward. Have some fun with this video and smile. You’ve all been Bella the German Shepherd at least once in your life.

What area has you the most stuck right now?

  • Health and well-being
  • Love and relatedness
  • Wealth and money
  • Purpose and passion
  • Spirit and awakening

Are you ready to stop splashing around, get out of the water and play bigger? Would you like to be free of that attachment, pattern and situation and free to enjoy?

Tavis Smiley and Jon Stewart

Jon Stewart and Tavis Smiley

Jon Stewart and Tavis Smiley

A couple of days ago I was hanging out with two great guys and great friends of mine, Jon Stewart and Tavis Smiley. These two men just delight me. I hang out with them all the time. I love people who are bright, fun and intelligent and who have big hearts. Whether it’s their wit and brilliance, their passion, their unique and vibrant interests or their secret smiles, I just love them. They are in my home all the time and I am so glad to have them in my life.

Now, Jon Stewart is releasing his new film, “Rosewater,” and Tavis Smiley just released his new book, “Death of a King.” They both have a unique brilliance that becomes a gift to us all. And they have such versatility!

Jon Stewart can come into my home any time! He can talk about anything! He can interview almost anyone and still keep his wit, humor and wisdom about him. You know where he stands and still, he is honoring of those he interviews even when he disagrees with their point of view. He does ask them great, poignant and fun questions and brings the humor or irony or absurdity into the conversation. That is genuine generosity. In this world, that is amazing!

Tavis Smiley brings his passion and joy into my home. I love this guy’s laugh. You can see that his joy and heart drive him. His eyes light up. When he interviews artists, you can see their soul shine and you can see how much Tavis loves the arts and the artists. Of course, he is politically astute, brings forward brilliant perspectives and he also introduces a deep passion for those who deserve to be acknowledged. Continue reading

Joan Rivers ~ Honoring a Great Gal with Tears of Joy and Sadness

I didn’t think I’d cry, at the passing of Joan Rivers.
Yet, I write with tears in my eyes and a smile on my face.

Joan, I send you blessings on your sacred journey. May you be embraced by those who love, appreciate and honor you. I send blessings to your family and friends whose sorrow at your loss will always be flavored with the joy, laughter and acidic humor that shocked us into laughing at whatever danced around your mind.

What a remarkable women!
Joan Rivers built her success on her own terms, with a generous heart, and in the face of everyone who knew that women could not succeed at stand-up.

Well, she did it. She succeeded while making us laugh, laughing at herself and challenging us to laugh at ourselves! She is unforgettable. Irreverent, challenging, brilliant, quick and ready for the joke that will rip someone apart and still make you laugh. Continue reading
